Shipping Policy

All orders are processed daily Monday through Friday. All items are shipped within 48 business hours if payment is received and processed by PayPal. We do not ship during major U.S. holidays. PayPal may take several days to process e-check payments. We are not responsible for PayPal’s practices. Items will be ship after PayPal e-check is cleared.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Alternative shipping options that may be available for your purchase include USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express. USPS Express shipping does not guarantee overnight delivery. Please call to confirm when placing and order for over night delivery.

We offer shipping to Canada via FedEx; however, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box in Canada will be canceled and refunded. We also do not offer replacements for Canadian orders. Please note international customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes applicable to their order(s).

If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

Next Day Shipping – If an order contains any items that are not listed as ‘next day shipping’,
the order will not ship until the entire order is ready to be completed.

Returns/Refunds

We offer a 30 day warranty on most items. If you believe the item you received is not as described, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. If product is defective, a refund will be offered if contacted within the specified warranty period within the listing. No refunds will be offered if we are not contacted within the warranty period. Postage will not be refunded for purchases outside the U.S. Buyer pays return postage for most returns.

If there seems to be a mechanical, electrical, or programming problem with your device, DO NOT attempt to repair or try to unlock it yourself or take it to a third party for repair without first contacting us, that will void the warranty. We do not reimburse for third party repairs or purchases. We make all efforts to ensure that the products received are as described.
